How working with us works? You get:
- a free initial info call
- via video call or using photos, you show us where you’d like more order – we’ll suggest a concept for you.
- by arrangement with you, we’ll come equipped with the right organising aids such as boxes, hangers and storage containers.
- depending on the assignment, we declutter, categorise and put everything back for you in a clear, systematic way.
- for a small surcharge of CHF 60.00/h, we’ll take non-chargeable waste* with us, such as cardboard, paper, PET, clothing or e-waste.
*We can also arrange transport or disposal of larger items such as furniture and electrical appliances.
What we don’t do: We don’t clean, but if you wish we can arrange the right person from our team or a cleaning company for this work.

What’s the difference between an organising service and organising coaching?
With organising coaching, we support you in creating order yourself and developing sustainable organising systems. With our organising service, we actively get stuck in and, if you wish, take on a large part of the organising, sorting and putting away. This solution is especially suitable for people with little time or who want quick support.
Do you actively help with tidying up?
Yes. Our organising service is designed to actively take the load off you. Together we sort, structure and organise your rooms. If you wish, we also plan suitable organising systems and support you with decluttering and clearing out.
Do you also help with clearing out?
Yes. We help you let go of items you no longer need and regain clarity. Many things can be given away, donated, sold or recycled. If you wish, we can also arrange transport or the proper disposal of larger items.
How much does an organising service cost?
The costs depend on the scope of the project and the time required. You can find the current prices on this page. In a free initial consultation, we’ll discuss your wishes and make a suitable recommendation for your home or property.
How long does an organising project take?
That depends on the size of the area and your goals. A single room can often be organised within a day, while larger projects require several appointments. After the initial consultation, we can usually estimate the expected effort quite well.
Do you also work outside Zurich?
Yes. We support clients in Zurich, German-speaking Switzerland and, depending on the project, beyond. We’ll be happy to clarify in a non-binding initial consultation whether we can support you where you live.
Do I need to be present while you tidy up?
At the start of a project, we’ll discuss your wishes and priorities together. During the sorting-out process, your presence is usually helpful, as only you can decide which items may stay. Depending on the assignment, we can then take care of many tasks independently for you.
The team behind your organising service
Astrid Kersting
Astrid Kersting graduated from a business school and worked for many years in various commercial roles. She has been working as a self-employed certified organising coach for four years and is currently training as an interior designer. Astrid is the mother of three grown-up sons and lives with her husband in Kriens.
Karine Paulon
Karine Paulon is a biologist and has been working as a self-employed organising coach for seven years. She was the first German-speaking certified Marie Kondo Consultant in Switzerland. She also has training as a photo manager/organiser, which enables her to organise and digitise photos and films. Karine is the mother of two sons and lives with her family in Thalwil.
